See the only Gurudwara (Sikh Temple) built by the British in the honour of 21 Sikh soldiers who fought against 10,000 Afghans in the Battle of Saragarhi in 1897. The Sikhs chose to fight to the death, in what is considered by military historians as one of history’s greatest last-stands. Walk through colourful bazzars, learn about the Sikh religion and life on the streets.
