• Bruschetta – Toasted Bread with choices of toppings based on guests’ palate, made using fresh herbs from the garden
• Chicken Satay – Grilled tender chicken breast served with peanut sauce
• Eggplant Pizza bites – Grilled eggplant with mozzarella and chef’s select spices
• Khung Pao Chicken served with Noodles – Tender breast of chicken with peanuts, served with Vegetable Hakka Noodles
• Grilled Chicken or Fish (Seasonal, Prices vary) with Pasta of choice – Grilled Chicken or Fish served with Vegetables and Pasta (guests’ choice of type and sauce). In case of Fish, variety and prices are seasonal
• Hummus and Falafel Wraps – Mediterranean style Falafel wraps served with Hummus
• DIY Pizza – Make your own Pizza with your own choice of vegetarian toppings
• Poached Fruit with Ice Cream – Choice of Apples or Pear, served with Vanilla Ice Cream
• Sticky Rice with Mango (Seasonal) – Sticky Rice served with Slices of Mango. This is a seasonal dish, so check with the Chef
