Why choose this Darjeeling tour ?

Our tours begin at the Chaurasta on Darjeeling Mall Road at 9 AM. We embark on a walk to the Darjeeling Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, featuring the Tenzing Norgay Everest Museum, which is approximately 1.5 kilometres away. After visiting the museum, we continue on a nature walk, passing through a local cultural village that offers picturesque views, about 4 kilometres ahead. Following this, we stop by the Tibetan Refugee Centre in Darjeeling. This centre, founded on October 2, 1959, serves as a rehabilitation facility for Tibetan refugees who fled Tibet with the Dalai Lama. Our journey then leads us to the Bhutia Busty Monastery, also known as Karma Dorjee Chyoling Monastery, which is a Buddhist establishment. Originally a branch of the Kagyupa sect’s Phodang Monastery in Sikkim, it was relocated to Darjeeling in 1879. We then head back to Mall Road, enjoying a gentle uphill walk spanning about 2 kilometres over the course of an hour, concluding the tour at Chaurasta Mall Road.
