We have our own Yoga center where we conduct regular classes. In these classes, anybody can join as Individual or in groups of any age, gender, caste, corporate employee, tourists, patients etc to help in healing as a complementary therapy based on Mind-Body Sciences. Antenatal & Postnatal Program classes are at 06.30am, 07.30am 8:30 am, 9:30 am, 11:00 am to 12:30 pm and 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm than 06.30pm 07.30pm 08.30pm We will be happy to serve you at our best with full dedication and support. We are Professionally equipped with the various systems required for complete well being such as Kriya Yoga, Meditation Techniques, Acupressure, Sujok Therapy, Basic Ayurveda Herbal Remedies, Kitchen Remedies etc.

YOGA

The science and art of healthy living – physically, mentally, morally and spiritually. It aims at the development of a perfect balance between the body and the mind, which eventually permits the individual seeker’s union with the Divine. It does not matter what you call that Divine – God, Allah, Ishwara or by some other name. Anything that brings you into a closer understanding with that higher Power – which is greater than yourself – is Yoga.

MEDITATION

An ordinary person may consider meditation as a worship or prayer. But it is not so. Meditation means awareness. Whatever you do with awareness is meditation. “Watching your breath” is meditation; listening to the birds is meditation. As long as these activities are free from any other distraction to the mind, it is effective meditation.

Meditation is not a technique but a way of life. Meditation means ‘a cessation of the thought process’. It describes a state of consciousness when the mind is free of scattered thoughts and various patterns. The observer (one who is doing meditation) realizes that all the activity of the mind is reduced to one.

OUR STYLE

The result is a consciousness that is free to embrace its spiritual nature, a mind that is peaceful and clear, and a body that maintains optimum health.

Yoga therapy is of modern denomination and represents man’s first attempt to combine age-old concepts and techniques with contemporary medical and psychological know-how. So, where traditional Yoga was primarily concerned with spiritual transcendence, yoga therapy aims at the holistic treatment of a variety of psychological or psychosomatic disorders ranging from sinusitis and asthma to emotional distress. Yoga Therapy could be called a system of health care that helps treat human indispositions as naturally as possible, to alleviate pain and suffering through a set of exercises, both physical and mental. Ideally, yoga therapy is preventive in nature, as is Yoga itself, while being curative in many instances, soothing in others, and restorative in most.
