Itinerary
Day 1: Cochin / Kumarakom
Pass By: Kumarakom, Kumarakom, Kottayam District, Kerala
This morning, you will be picked up from your Cochin hotel and driven to Kumarakom. (about 90 minutes). The village is a cluster of little islands on the Vembanad Lake. Here, you can experience the Kerala backwaters and waterways, with the rich culture and active lifestyle of the region. After checking into your hotel enjoy an afternoon of leisure.

Day 2: Backwaters Cruise
Stop At: Kerala Backwaters, India
This morning, on your Kerala Backwaters boat, you will cruise along the canals and lagoons, which create and maintain the ecological balance in this region. Your afternoon is at leisure to pursue independent activities. You may want to experience an Ayurvedic therapeutic massage, which incorporates yoga, meditation and herbal oils, or maybe enjoy a fishing expedition.
