Day 1: Arrive Mumbai

On arrival at Mumbai airport meet with our office executive assistance and transfer to hotel. (hotel check in / out time 1200hr afternoon early check in subject to rooms availability). Rest time free and easy to relax

Mumbai is a city that is disciplined by no time frame neither day nor night. Dazzling shopping arcades, exciting sport activity, nightclubs & discotheques, theatre, music & gourmet restaurants offers visitors a heady mix of all this and more.

Day 2: Mumbai

Stop At: Mumbai, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Breakfast at hotel, transfer to Gateway on India. From here cruise by motorboats to Elephanta Caves (Monday closed). A flight of 100 steps takes you to the top of the hill. These caves house rock cut temples dating back to the 5th century BC. Afterwards in the afternoon cruise back to Gateway of India and then city tour drive through Marine Drive one of the most beautifully laid boulevards in the city. Parliament House the Maharashtra State Assembly (view from outside), Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus, formerly Victoria Terminus, a UNESCO World Heritage Site (view from outside). Visit Dhobhi Ghat the city’s famous open-air laundry in action, Prince of Wales Museum (Monday closed) a heritage museum comprises of a number of ancient artifacts. Mani Bhawan a Museum, Gandhi laid the foundation for many independence movements from here. Mount Mary Church, an ancient church, built in 1640 and then rebuilt in 1761, The Basilica of Our Lady of the Mount an important religious place in Mumbai. In the evening, visit Iskcon Temple dedicated to Lord Krishna, The architectural splendour of the ISKCON Temple is adorned with murals and sculptures. If time permits visit to Bandra and Juhu area where bollywood celebrity houses are located like Shahrukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan etc. (can be seen from outside).

Day 3: Mumbai – Mahabaleshwar (250kms/ 5hrs approx)

Day 4: Mahabaleshwar

Stop At: Mahabaleshwar, Mahabaleshwar, Satara District, Maharashtra
Breakfast at hotel, city tour of Mahabaleshwar. Visit Pratapgad Fort a large fort divided into the lower fort and upper fort. The upper fort was built upon the crest of the hill. It is roughly square, 180m long on each side. It has several permanent buildings, including a temple. It is located at the northwest of the fort, and is surrounded by sheer cliffs with drops of up to 250m. The lower fort is around 320m long and 110m wide. It is located at the southeast of the fort, and is defended by towers and bastions ten to twelve metres high. Venna Lake surrounded by trees on all sides, one can enjoy a boat ride over the lake. A number of small eateries line the banks of the lake. Lord Mahabaleshwar Temple beautiful Shrine situated in old city, dedicated to Lord Shiva. It was built by the Chanda Rao More dynasty in the 16th century. The sanctum is a huge draw to people due to its huge and divine Shivalinga and the holy pond. Rajapuri Caves surrounded by large kunds & temple linked by underground tunnels, believed to have served as shelter for Pandavas during their exile. Lingamala falls a nature lover’s delight. You have to walk through the forest and follow a trudged trail to reach it. Elephant’s Head point a piece of mountain which uncannily resembles the shape of an elephant’s head. Chinaman’s Falls a dramatic Waterfall famous among photographers it gets its name from a Chinese prisoner who was held captive in the vicinity.
