Meet home chef Garima, a local in Mumbai but born and brought up in Rajasthan. She loves to cook dishes that showcase her communities culture to the world. Join her for a cooking and dining session where you will get to learn and taste some amazing dishes from Rajasthan. Some of the dishes may include Dal Baati (wheat dough balls served with lentil curry), Gatte ki Kadhi (Gattas are gram flour dumplings dipped in yogurt gravy), Papad ki Churri (dish of popadoms, onions and tomatoes). The entire experience will last for about 3-4 hours. PS: This is not a professional cooking class but an opportunity to interact with a local & learn about Indian food.

While in the bustling city of Mumbai, enjoy a delicious home cooking and dining session with a local. Join your host Garima and her family at their beautiful home near Garware House in Andheri East, Mumbai which is about 10 minutes away from the International Airport. The experience will start with an introduction to Indian cuisine. Then Garima will teach you some of the dishes from the menu like pyaaz ki kachori (fried pastry stuffed with onion fillings), bajra roti (pearl millet hand made flatbread) and papad ki churri (an interesting dish made with popadoms, onions, tomatoes). Feel free to ask questions about the use of spices in Indian cooking. Post the cooking session, you can sit back relax and enjoy a scrumptious meal with Garima and her family. The entire experience can last for around 2-3 hours.
