- Electric cart in the terminal is subject to availability & location of the gate at which the flight arrives. In case a flight connects to any of the gates / aerobrdiges that are close to the exit leading to the immigation hall (which requires minimal walking) an electric cart will not be used
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have valid visa / travel documents. In case entry is refused by immigration or any passenger is deported, we will not be liable, and no refund can be given towards the booking.
- The Meet & Assist executives cannot interfere during government regulated procedures eg. Immigration, Customs and Security
- For airport transfer, no child seats or baby capsules are provided; infants must be seated on the lap of an adult.
- Flight and hotel details must be provided at the time of booking (including flight times and number, as well as hotel name and address)
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 2 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
