An Interior designer by profession and a passionate cook at home, Suguna also run a trust that supports education and healthcare for rural communities in Kerala. Originally from Kerala, Suguna cooks up a storm with her delicious and healthy vegetarian recipes. Start the experience with introductions over a welcome drink and get comfortable. Then you can head to the kitchen to learn some basic Kerala dishes like Rasam (a hot tomato and lentil broth). Right from chopping the seasonal vegetables to understanding the use of Kerala spices you are using while cooking the Rasam, you will have the perfect broth by the end of the class. Next, you will prepare dishes cooked with the help of fermented rice batter – Appam and Dosa. Post the cooking session you can head to the dining area and enjoy the feast with Suguna and her family.

The entire experience will last 2-3 hours.
