Arrive in Mumbai with ease when you pre-book this VIP assistance.The VIP assistance includes the benefit of personal assistance including transport in an electric cart/buggy during your arrival at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport. A trained English-speaking executive will assist once you enter the terminal complex, after exiting the plane and crossing the aerobridge / jetway.
Ensure your airport needs are covered with this Mumbai airport to hotel transfer. Your friendly representative will meet you upon arrival at the end of the aerobridge / jetway. He / She will be holding a paging board with the lead guest’s name on it. After you meet up with the representative, you will be taken in an electric cart (subject to availability, and location of de-boarding gate) till immigration hall. Assistance will be provided in filling out the immigration form. A dedicated porter will then assist with the luggage at the baggage belt, and will also transfer the luggage to the waiting vehicle in front of the terminal.
Your flight details (flight number and arrival / landing time), as well as passport number & date of birth must be provided at the time of booking. You can also advise the contact detail for handover to the driver or whosoever has come to pick you up.
Please note that we will be tracking the flight at our end, and even if the flight is early or delayed, the Meet & Assist executive will be there to receive the guest. However please note that, in case of delay, only delays upto one hour can be considered for the service.
