Day 1: Delhi

Day 2: Delhi Sight Seen & In evening time take a train for Jodhpur.

Stop At: Red Fort, Netaji Subhash Marg, New Delhi 110002 India
When the capital shifted from Agra to Delhi, Shah Jahan constructed Red Fort in 1939 it was the main residence of the Mughal Dynasty and is located in the city center. It is made from red sandstone and that is where it gets its name from. It became a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2007.

Qutub Minar is a five-story tapering tower with a height of 73 meters. The spiral staircase in this minaret has 379 staircases. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and visited by many every day.

Stop At: Mehrangarh Fort, Fort Rd., Jodhpur 342006 India
Guests will visit Mehrangarh Fort. The 5 kms long majestic fort on a 125 m high hill is one of the most impressive and formidable structures. Although invincible from the outside, the fort has four gates approached by winding roads. Within the fort are some magnificent palaces with marvellously carved panels, latticed windows and evocative names.

Noteworthy of these are the Moti Mahal, Phool Mahal, Sheesh Mahal, Sileh Khana and Daulat Khana. These Palaces house a fabulous collection of trappings of Indian royalty including a superb collection of palanquins, elephant howdahs, miniature paintings of various schools, musical instruments, costumes.

Jaswant Thada : The imposing white marble memorial marks the site of royal crematorium. It houses portraits of successive rulers. The four cenotaphs around here commemorate notable acts of bravery and generosity of the four successive rulers.

This is a fabulous building which is split between the museum and a 5 star. The museum is interesting. Attached is a small collection of vintage cars which you can see.

Day 4: Jodhpur Bishnoi Village Sagai with Lunch.

Stop At: Guda Bishnoiyan, Guda Bishnoiyan, Jodhpur District, Rajasthan
A Part of Bishnoi Village Safari, Its scenic beauty marked with Khejri trees and the lake called Guda Bishnoi Lake. A place for exotic wild life & nature. The Bishnoi community inhabits the village. The villagers are staunch worshipers nature in all its forms. Specially the sanctity of plants and animals life. Around the Guda Bishnoi Lake, You can see numerous migratory birds like domicile Cranes etc. blackbucks and Chinkaras. This pond is drinking point for antelopes black buck near by area. Khejarali is predominantly a village of Bishnoi community people. In and around village Khejarli where more than 363 Bishnois died saving the Khejarli tree about two centuries ago.

Around 3 km from here there is a Singasani village, a nice place where you can join the mud handicraft makers. After that we will drop you at your pickup up point.

The stupa was built more than 1,500 years ago as a replacement for a structure that dated back to 249 BCE.

Plumes of smoke swirl toward the sky at Manikarnika Ghat. No, it’s not from a factory — it’s from the perpetual cremations that happen on this ghat. Hindus believe that Manikarnika Ghat is one of the most auspicious places for the departed to reach moksha (emancipation from the cycle of spiritual rebirth). The funeral pyre at this ghat burns 24/7, and around 100 cremations take place every day.

Priests or guides frequently offer to lead tourists through the fascinating ghat, however some can be aggressive in their demands for money. You may see doms (members of an untouchable caste) carrying cloth-wrapped bodies on makeshift stretchers, along with piles of firewood stacked up, ready to feed the pyre.

The Ganges River is one of the most revered natural sites in India. The river extends southeast from the Himalayas in the north to the Bay of Bengal. Between 400 million and 600 million people rely on the Ganges River to provide water for daily bathing and drinking.

Hindus come to Varanasi from all around the world to purify themselves in the holy Ganges water and perform rituals along the dozens of ghats along the river. For tourists, the river helps provide a fixed point of orientation for navigating around the city, and you’ll no doubt spend lots of time sightseeing and watching life happen around the Ganges.

Consider waking up early and taking a sunrise cruise along the river — negotiate with one of the countless boatman hanging out along the ghats.

Day 9: Varanasi – Delhi by Flight
