Stop At: New Delhi, New Delhi, National Capital Territory of Delhi
You will be picked up from your hotel in central New Delhi along with your guide in an air conditioned vehicle and driven to Bhogal Bazaar, an area within metro Delhi. You have a choice of either a late morning or late afternoon tour.
Upon arrival visit the market along with your guide.The Bazaar at Bhogal is a great place to meet Delhi’s Punjabi community and get a glimpse of their culture and daily life. Snack shops do brisk business and street food vendors rustle up popular local favorites. The atmosphere is colorful and chaotic and the many shops offer any type of merchandise from clothing to jewelry and second hand items.
After the walk, you will take a rickshaw ride through the residential area, with its local temples and Gurudwaras (Sikh houses of worship).
At the end of your tour you will be escorted back to your hotel in New Delhi in your air conditioned vehicle.
