0800hrs- Pickup will be provided from your hotel in Delhi and get driven to “Mehrauli Archaeological park”. There are extraordinary riches scattered around Mehrauli, with more than 440 monuments – from the 10th century to the British era – dotting a forest and the village itself behind the forest. In the forest, most impressive are the time-ravaged tombs of Balban and Quli Khan, his son, and the Jamali Khamali mosque, attached to the tomb of the Sufi poet Jamali. To the west is the 16th-century Rajon ki Baoli, Delhi’s finest step-well.
1100hrs- Visit to the “Old Fort, A fort termed OLD simply because NO historian has been able to ascertain its exact origins. Excavations here pointed out to its history dating back to 3000 BC Era
1300hrs- Visit to the National Museum: National Museum of India, in New Delhi, museum devoted to Indian art history and iconography as well as to Buddhist studies.. Apart from the Artifacts received from various sites, the collections include examples of art and archaeology, anthropology, decorative arts, and epigraphy.
1500hrs- You will be dropped back to your hotel in Delhi
