The market was once divided by canals (now closed) to reflect moonlight. It remains one of India’s largest wholesale markets.

The 1921 ‘Tomb of the Unknown Soldier’ has names of 13,300 Indian army servicemen carved on the wall who died during the First World War.

Qutub Minar, Qutb Minar:- It is the tallest minaret built up in 1192 with bricks. It is also a part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, situated in Mehrauli.

The Lotus Temple is a Baháʼí House of Worship located in New Delhi, India. It was completed in December 1986. Notable for its lotus-like shape, it has become a prominent attraction in the city. Like all Bahá’í Houses of Worship, the Lotus Temple is open to all, regardless of religion or any other qualification.
