The Red Fort or Lal Qila is a historic fort in the Old Delhi neighbourhood of Delhi, India, that historically served as the main residence of the Mughal emperors. Emperor Shah Jahan commissioned construction of the Red Fort on 12 May 1639, when he decided to shift his capital from Agra to Delhi.

the first garden-tomb on the Indian subcontinent. It inspired several major architectural innovations, culminating in the construction of the Taj Mahal.

Rashtrapati Bhavan, official residence of the president of India. Located in New Delhi, it was designed by architect Sir Edwin Lutyens and constructed 1912–29. When Rashtrapati Bhavan was built, it was known as the Viceroy’s House, derived from the British viceroys who ruled India in the final years of the Raj.

After President House, then proceed to The Lotus Temple in New Delhi is one of 7 temples of the Baha’i faith in the world. Like all Baha’i temples its structure is a circular 9-sided shape. The building is made up of 27 free-standing marble petals arranged to form the 9 sides of the temple.

The Qutub Minar, is a minaret and “victory tower” that forms part of the Qutub complex, which lies at the site of Delhi’s oldest fortified city. It consists of 399 steps. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is one of the most visited tourist spots in the city.
