The City Palace was the residence of the royal family but now it is a royal and one of the famous museums of Jaipur city. A part of this place is still with the erstwhile royal family while the other part serves as a museum. The museum has many beautiful halls, a wonderful blend of Mughal and Rajasthani designs, and then head straight to the colorful bazaar.
Hawa Mahal is located in the center of the city, built in 1799 by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh, it is made of red and pink sandstone. This five-storey building has 950 crown-shaped windows that allow cool breeze to pass through and keep the place cool during the Rajasthan summer. It was built for the royal ladies so that they could observe the daily life and royal processions within the city in complete privacy. After that head back to Delhi.
