9:00 AM, or on your given time pick-up from your preferred location in Delhi / Gurugram / Noida. Our driver will come to receive you and a sightseeing tour of Old & New Delhi begins. Your tour guide would meet you on the way & assist you all day.

Stop At: Friday Mosque (Jama Masjid), 6 km North of Connaught Pl. across from Lal Qila, New Delhi India

Explore & admire the monuments of Old Delhi, ie Jama Masjid (The Friday Mosque) is a congregational mosque commissioned by the fifth Mughal ruler Shah Jahan. Who was a noted patron of Islamic architecture whose most famous work is the Taj Mahal. It is the largest mosque in India & Due to its magnificence size, it is often regarded as the apotheosis of Indian mosque design.

Stop At: Chandni Chowk, Near Red Fort, New Delhi 110006 India

Enjoy a ride on a rickshaw to one of the oldest markets of Delhi. Old Delhi’s main chaotic wholesale market offering full medieval bazaar experience. During the reign of Shah Jahan, there was a tree-lined canal running through its centre, reflecting the moon. Hence, the name “Chandni Chowk” came to being which means “Moonlight Square”.

Drive around & photo stop at the Red Fort from outside as 70% of the building is acquired by the Indian Army. Therefore you see it from outside and click some pictures.

Visit Raj Ghat which symbolizes the spot where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated followed by his assassination in 1948. A dedicatory ritual takes place each Friday, in his memory.

Stop At: Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, Ashoka Road Connaught Place, New Delhi 110001 India

Gurudwara Bangla Sahib is one of the most important & Sacred Sikh Shrine. The grounds include the Gurudwara, a kitchen, a large (holy) pond, a school, and an art gallery. As with all Sikh Gurudwara, the concept of Langer (Community Kitchen) is practised, and all people regardless of race or religion may eat in the Gurdwara kitchen (langar hall). The food is prepared by gursikhs & volunteers. At the Gurdwara, visitors are requested to cover their head and not to wear shoes. Anyone can volunteer in the Gurudwara.

Finally, visit Qutub Minar (a world heritage site). The tall minaret was constructed in 1192 by Qutab-ud-din Aibak and later completed by his successor Iltutmish. The soaring conical tower is an exquisite example of Indo-Islamic Afghan architecture & has survived the ravages of time impressively. This great masterpiece is surrounded by lush green gardens, which is an ideal leisurely place for visitors. Each of the 5 storeys and tower of Qutub Minar has unique designs. Standing mightily as it was before till date. After your tour, you will be driven back to the Hotel. Your tour ends with sweet memories of Delhi.
