Itinerary

Day 1: Delhi to Rajaji National Park

Stop At: Rajaji National Park, Motichur Gate, Near Railway Fatak Chila Range, 249205 India
Day 01: You will be picked-up from your hotel/railway station/airport in Delhi. and taken to Rajaji National Park.

Arrive and transfer to your hotel. rest of the day free to relax or take a stroll near the hotel in the fresh mountain air and vegetation. OR you may explore “Sahastradhara” waterfalls and hot water spring. Overnight stay in a hotel in Dehradun.

Day 2: dehradun to delhi

Pass By: New Delhi Railway Station, Bhavbhuti Marg, Ratan Lal Market, Kamla Market, Ajmeri Gate, New Delhi, Delhi 110006, India
Day 02: At 5.00 am in the morning you will be driven to Rajaji National Park, After the drive of 45 minutes the safari starts, The region is mainly famous for the Asian Elephant Reserve plus some lucky sightings of a TIGER!. Main transport options around the reserve are jeeps safaris. Private vehicles are not allowed inside the Reserve forest, and this is one point to note while taking up a trip to Rajaji. At Rajaji you can get the chance of viewing Spotted Deer, Sambhar, Wild Boar, tiger, leopard, Barking deer, Goral Two kinds of Bears Himalayan Black and Sloth, and over 400 bird species makes Rajaji National Park a perfect wild life safari and bird watching destination.. You can rent binoculars from the entrance at your own expenses to enjoy a close look of animals. The National Park is flourished with rich biodiversity of flora and fauna. For tiger population, it was named as the second tiger reserve in Uttrakhand after Corbett National Park. The thick forests of the Park are home to a number of animal species like Elephants, Tigers, Panthers, Spotted Deer, Sambhar, Wild Boar, Barking deer, Goral, Himalayan Black Bear and Sloth Bear. The 400+ species of birds makes it a good birding destination for ornithologists and bird watchers. You can spot both native and migratory birds like pea fowl, vultures, woodpeckers, pheasants, kingfishers and barbets, great pied hornbill, pied kingfisher and the fire tailed sunbird. After the interesting Jungle Safari you will be received back from the gate of Rajaji National Park.
