After pick up drive down to Agra , the 16th and 17th century capital of the Mughal empire.

The Agra Fort, an original red sandstone fort built by Mughal Emperor Akbar in 1565. The forts maze of courtyards, its marble mosque and lavish private chambers reflect the grandeur of the Mughal Empire.

The famous mausoleum lies on the left bank of Yumuna across the bridge . It was build Nur Jahan for her father , Mirza Chias beg , called Itmad- ud – Daulah and her mother. Mumtaz Mahal’s parents also lie buried in one of the side room. This mausoleum stands in a garden with green cypress trees set sculpturesquely against gateways of red sanstone , all round is formal scheme of lawans, flagged pathways, tanks and fountains.

Upon arrival experience the TAJ MAHAL at early morning around 6 am (closed on Fridays), an extravagant marble monument of love, built by Shah Jahan in 1653 as a memorial to his queen Mumtaz Mahal. One of the Seven Wonders of the World, this beautiful mausoleum in pure white marble took 22 years and 22,000 craftsmen to build.The Taj has aptly been called a “Dream in Marble” Perhaps there are buildings more grand in conception and more elaborate in execution than the Taj , nevertheless, it remains an exquisite piece of lyrical beauty unequalled by any other building in the world
