You will be picked up from your hotel early in the morning. Pick-up time is flexible but it is recommended that you leave at 3:00 AM to make it to the Taj Mahal in time for sunrise.
After a 3-hour drive you will arrive in Agra. Visit the Taj Mahal with your tour guide. This monument was built by the Mogul Emperor Shah Jahan as a mausoleum for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal.
After exploring the Taj Mahal, proceed to Agra Fort. It was built in 1565 A.D. by the great Mogul Emperor Akbar. After visiting the fort you will have time for a lunch break, so you can try the different flavors of this city. Then visit the Mehtab Bagh sunset point to see the rear view of the Taj Mahal. At sunset, you can see the magnificent reflection of the Taj Mahal in the river Yamuna.
Once you have finished your tour of the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, and Mehtab Bagh your driver will take you back towards Delhi by car. You will be dropped off at your hotel, the airport, or another location of your choice within the Delhi area.
