Learn the secrets and tricks to preparing an authentic Indian meal with you host Aditti. Aditti's food journey began when she was very young, back home in Patiala, Punjab, where she had the privilege of being fed by her doting grandmother. She suspects that her culinary skills might be part of her family DNA as all of the women in her family are talented cooks, from her grandmother, to her mother, to her sister. Aditti will teach you to cook 2-3 dishes and will show you some of the tricks she learned from her grandmother. You'll leave the experience with a full stomach, new cooking skills and a new friend in India!
