Varanasi Trip Overview

Pass By: Ganges River, Varanasi India
Begin the day with a morning float along the Ganga, to discover the ghats as the city awakes. Float by a cremation ghat, morning bathers, laundry workers and worshipping Hindu people.
Stop At: New Vishwanath Temple, Banaras Hindu University Campus, Varanasi India
After breakfast at your hotel, we will begin our tour of temples.

Stop At: Sankat Mochan Temple, Sankat Mochan Road Saket Nagar, Nagwa Lanka, Varanasi 221005 India
We will visit three different temples to experience the architecture and spiritual life of this holy city.

After lunch and a rest, we will embark on a walking tour through the narrow and complex allies and ghats of the old city. We’ll see homes, shop stalls and many of the ghats. We will visit a cremation ghat.
Stop At: Ganges River, Varanasi India
We will end our walking tour at the river’s edge, where we will board a boat for a sunset float on the Ganga. We will make our way to the Aarti ceremony, the beauty of which we will enjoy from our boat on the river
