What makes Temple Tours a unique experience ?

We start the day trip with a visit to the famous Sankat Mochan Mandir – seeking the blessings of Lord Hanuman.

The second temple we visit is the revered Durga Kund mandir dedicated to Maa Durga. Believed to be built 500 years ago, this red coloured temple has a multi-tiered shikhara (spire) and kund (small reservoir) next to it.

One of the most famous temples in Varanasi, it is dedicated to Lord Ram and is believed to be built at the same place where Tulsidas wrote the famous Indian epic, Ramcharitamanas. The walls are engraved with verses and scenes from the Ramcharitamanas.

The holiest temple dedicated to Mahadev (lord Shiva) that houses the most revered Jyotirling in the world. Shri Kashi Vishwanath has several myths and beliefs and its existence is believed to be even before the holy river Ganga came to Kashi.

We also visit Chandragupta Mahadev Mandir, Neelkanth Mahadev Mandir and Samudreshwar Mahadev Mandir which are the re-discovered gems of Vishwanath Dham.

We also visit the Sri Rajrajeswari Mandir within Vishwanath Dham.

The hidden gem of Varanasi – this temple is also dedicated to Lord Shiva and has to be one of the most beautiful temples of the city. Kathwala temple also has the a breathtaking view of the banks of the holy river Ganga.

Gange aarti is performed every evening at the Dashashwamedh ghat. This spellbinding ritual is the perfect conclusion for your evening in Varanasi.
